Hey there.
I have some kind of problem.. perhaps you guys know more about it.
When i take a dose, (I do it lying on my bed with my headphones on) and I am concentrating, My eyes are winking with having my eyelids closed.. en it feels like my eyes are getting lazy, and like they are twisting and rotating.. and it hurts.. and I feel the pain so I stop it.. but then all the effects of the dose are gone.. also the muscles around my eye are controlled by themselves..
Does anyone of you have the same thing as I am having? I really want to feel the effects of a dose.. without having this problem with my eyes..
well. thanks in advance, hope to get some feedback
.
cheers

i-doser 4.0 is coming it has a visualizer so you wont need to close your eyes but try using windows media player and jus lower the volume until its ready

My best guess is that you're going into trance and giving up control of the eyes(which is a hard thing to do at first, which is why you blink/twitch them or move em unknowingly). I never got pain really from it, more of a pressure in the center of the forehead(third eye), especially if I'm focusing/looking that way. This pressure was originally perceived as tightening of the muscles around my eyes, but after awhile I realized it was actually finally releasing those muscles.
For me at least it's always very relaxing and has become more and more normal, as these would be the steps needed in those sorts of meditations. Just wait until you give up control of your breathing.

It all depends on the dose.
The dose might be a relaxer that makes you lose control of your body.

yea put a song on and jus have it on repeat or put a whole cd in and play it and jus lower the volume on the media player and it should be a little trippier when doin a dose
