New iPhone- lost Purchase?

My old iPod with iDoser on it was lost and now I have an iPhone. I re-downloaded iDoser from my iTunes apps library. On my iPod I had bought "Trip" but it doesn't come up as purchased on my iPhone. Is there any way to get it back?

In-App purchases are linked to your itunes account just like everything else (apps and music). Make sure you use the same itunes account you purchased them with and just select buy again. It will tell you that you have already purchased it and you can download it for free, same way apps work when you delete one and re-install it.
