I don't think this dose worked for you this time. The whole point of Lucid dream is that you remember your dreams LUCIDLY. Sounds like you just had a plain ol' weired dream to me. Might want to try again... :|

I did the lucid dream dose ( befo sleeping duuuhhh ) and i didnt realy have a lucid dream.. but i did REMEMBER my dream.. and.. aint that a start? It was like.. I went into KFC to buy some stuff. but it was empty... And some dude was standing at the till, we were talking.. ( i can only get a feeling of the moodset in conversations during dreams.. wierd.. ) any way i suppose he asked me if i wanted to help set up a practical joke on his friend still in school... Next thing i can remember is a load of 13-15 year olds running out of the school i used to go to, covered in blood, and some THING came out of the double doors, barely fitting through... Then i think i forgot the rest and woke up at the usual time... thinking WHAT THE FUCK DID I FUCKING GO THROUGH LAST NIGHT?

Then i realised none of it happened :S.. holy shit...

A lucid dream is a dream where you realize you're dreaming and take control of your dream.
The first step to being able to do this is to get good at dream recall. After this you'll start to be able to pick out signs that you're dreaming (such as the text on a page changing when you look at it a second or third time). Once you notice a sign that you're dreaming, you can take control of your dream. It really helps to write down your dreams in a journal when you wake up before you start forgetting details. Even if you only remember a tiny bit, try to write something. (There are other methods of entering a lucid dream, I was just suggesting the method that I actually know something about)
While the dose may not have given these users a lucid dream, the fact that it would help with dream recall is already a great step in the right direction
I'd recommend that anyone wanting to have a lucid dream look into it on a lucid dreaming website. The dose will surely help (as should theta), but I don't think a lot of people will be able to get an actual lucid dream without more knowledge about how to do it

That site's a good starting place

Inception

That movie made the idea of lucid dreaming ten times cooler.
