Can someone please explain how these are supposed to sound because i really think what i got is broken..

If you're hearing a lot of static, one tone in one ear and another in the other, and got it from the i-doser shop, chances are good that your file isn't broken. If, on the other hand, you pirated them, enjoy your fake doses. ;D
