How long should it take for a dose to work? I'm starting out with this and dunno if it's working.

Also, should I close my eyes when I do this?

Also, I currently do not have headphones, but I am testing it out now, so will earbuds work?

Listen to the whole sequence, eyes closed sometimes helps. Quiet, serene, environment. Cheap ear buds will not work. Get quality headphones.
