Most Unpleasant/Scariest Dose(s)

We always talk about the doses we like. How about the doses we don't like? What are the most unpleasent or scariest doses you have done?
For me the most unpleasant is speedball. I went into speedball having only done heroin and cocaine before. I didn't know what to expect since I had no experience with morphine. It sucked. The second time I did it I had that "binaural overdose" waking up an hour after dose was administered. Crazy.
Worst of all is Gates of Hades. I did this dose was I was just being introduced to binaural beats (about two years ago). At the time when I researched the I-Doser brand all the rage was Gates of Hades and how scary it was. So I decided to try it one night and it was stupid of me. I couldn't finish the dose. It felt like be dragged into hell and getting rejected by the devil. I've tried Gates of Hades a few times since then after I gained more experience but I haven't been able to get a successful session.
Another unpleasant dose for me was LSD. I'm afraid to try it again because when I did it, it physically hurt. The only thing that happened to me was my vision got altered. My eyes were extremely blurry for about an hour straight and when ever I tried to focus on something my eyes started to throb. Imagen someone who wears glasses (I do not) and every second the glasses are not on causes physical pain. I tried reading text printed on paper. Because my vision was so blurry I couldn't make out a single word so I tried to naturally adjust my eyes. When I did that I was able to read perfectly fine but I was simultaneously in extreme pain as well. Is having physically impaired vision a common side-effect with the LSD dose and the real counterpart?
