Peyote

Ok, so basically I am a new doser. I remember last night I began listening to Marijauna. I had the volume only at 15% as opposed to 100% and didn't really feel anything, just a lot of static.

Decided to move to Peyote. Sat in a dark room, relaxed, listening. Nothing really happened but I did feel my body start to twitch, and the weird thing was that I was fully awake. Only got half way through..

Night #2: I listened to Peyote again in the same spot. Nothing on my mind, with lights dim and eyes closed. I was twitching but not as much as yesterday. I noticed that towards the end, the static gradually dissapeared. Now, this was odd because I am used to static on most tracks.. In the middle of this, I felt a third noise coming from the music it was like a door was creaking open, then the sound of screeching nails.

This really didn't scare me much but is this normal?

Also, I have two other questions.
1. What volume % should I use when listening? 15% 50% ? I'm actually afraid to turn it past 15% on my headphones because I saw that video on 1,000 ways to die where some guy explodes from binuaral beats but then again this was with some kind of blackmarket military music.

1) Binaural Beats cannot hurt you, but volume does not affect the effects at all.
2) The guy in 1,000 Ways To Die died due to high sound pressure and not sound frequency.
3) I would recommend doing a weaker dose like Marijuana. Try to achieve full effects before moving up to a dose like Peyote. Trust me. I've been dosing for 2 years. Do what I mentioned and you'll be a fine doser in no time.

It should be said that doses that are rated stronger by i-doser don't mean they have a higher likelihood of working. A common beginner mistake is to try the strongest ones first if a weak one doesn't work. This shouldn't be done, specifically with the hallucinogenics, because it may lead to a bad trip (Peyote is the strongest hallucinogenic dose next to Goh or HoG). It may not matter jumping into heroine before you try opium, because these won't make you hallucinate or panic, put Peyote WILL when it works.

When i-dosing finally does work and it all "clicks" does one really want to be listening to GoH when it happens?

What the two people above said are absolutely true. You have to work your way up and be patient. The strongest doses are not going to work great until you really know how to dose. You can still have a great time while you're working to get to that stage, though. :-D
If you're looking to try hallucination stuff, I'd try LSD first and get it working before moving on. It's a good dose with mild to moderate hallucinations and some euphoria that's really nice. Some other good beginner doses: Nitrous, Morphine, Demerol or Vico, Anesthesia is fun too. I'm a fan of Black Sunshine too, but I wouldn't start with it, move up to it. I really think you should at least get LSD and Trip working for you before trying to get Peyote to work for you. Don't give up, sometimes it takes a few tries to get a dose working for you.
Hope this helps and happy dosing!
