I've read a lot of different things about what happens while you are listening to a dose. One place said that you can just lay there and concentrate and it will work because it primarily affects the conscious mind. Another place said the opposite and advised that I lay down and concentrate until I enter a "trance" state of mind. I'm thinking that I will need to go into a trance for these beats to work because I've listened to them consciously and they didn't work in the slightest.

I read that if I go into a trance state there will be weird sensations and other phenomenon. Do I need to go into a trance or can I just close my eyes and concentrate on the beats? other advice is also welcome

I recommend that you use this in a dark room, no noise (Environment)
Use a cover eyes, thinks of nothing and concentrate on all the sounds (especially those who most attract your attention). and with that function. good luck
