i did kava last night for the first time it was the second dose i tried the first was alcohol and it really did nothing to me so i thought what the heck this wont be so bad since ive never really felt the effects, so i was doing well i guess the first 7 to 8 minutes then the beat changes and my right eye started twitching and then both eyes were fluttering then i felt like i was spinning and felt like i was watching my self it got so bad i ahd to take it off i was really suprised i honestly dident think it would be like that i was actually starting to doubt idoser until this dose lol, looks like ill try the whole thing tonight

yeah man my cousin tried it too and said he felt nothing but he said he was sleepy but i dont know i guess just doesent work for all.

It seems like it takes some getting used to also, cause I just did it for the fourth time and I actually started having little hallucinations for the first time.
