Will my new headphones work ??

Hello, Idosers i just bought some new headphones because my old ones broke, but i dont know if they will work......
Here is the frequency____________________
Frequency: normal 20hz- 20khz
Low pass : 16-5khz
High pass : 200-22khz
Impedence : 31 ohm
Sensibility : 108 dB+/-3dB
They are from " Iwave" Resonate and Overear......
So, What do you think?
