I tried White Crosses last night, and it was pretty good, but I really only had about 15-20 seconds of AMAZING effects. At first, my whole body was just numb, and then something great started to rush through my body. It was kind of in my chest area, and it was almost like I was trying to hold in a laugh. It was amazing, almost feeling like a full body orgasm. That's the closest thing I can compare it to. Was this an effect, and will it get better? Also, I was using the premium version, and I had a blues band playing in the background (the Derek Trucks band), if that could be bad for the dose.

You should try to stop moving completely listen to the Dose completely the when it end just relax and do not move

2. start the playlist with condition or calm or both. then use the dose you want.
3. after it finishes try to keep your brain in it's current state by doing nothing. don't move, get up, or anything.
