Melotonin is already in your body that helps with your sleep patterns, say if you travel to a different time zone and stayed up for over 24 hours and can't get to sleep. Take some Melotonin. It fixes your sleep pattern and jet lags. If you don't like pills. how about binural beats? I say so. Don't you?

In most humans, melatonin secretion begins around 21:00 hours and continues until ~7:30 hrs..The concept is that it is activated as long as the pineal gland senses darkness...Yes a melatonin supplement would work, however, it's still possible to force your brain into it.. Up to you. Hope it helps

ps.. Read up on Circadian rhythm

lol yeah I actually just recommended Melatonin to someone else on the forum. I take it about every other night, it's totally safe and very cheap. (15c for 3 mg!) Just grab it from CVS.
