Do they ALL sound like a vacuum?

Because all of em sounds the same. And all of em don't work

And I got like those headphones that you can get with your iPod or MP3. I dont have those big things. Does it matter?

What you will want to do is purchase a pair of higher end headphones, from what I understand. Look for something along the same stats as the pair they recommend. I have the Razer brand Barracuda headphones which cost me $130 at Best Buy. They're digital surround sound headphones and worked for me for the first time last night. I was able to go on a sort of lightheaded, floating experience using the Out of Body dose.

Before using doses, it's always a good idea to make sure that you will be undisturbed, and sit in a quiet room without lights, other sounds, or influences of any kind that will pull your concious thoughts and concentration away from the sound waves. What you will want to do is clear your mind before the dose. Do a sort of meditation like excercise with some deep breathing. Once you feel yourself at peace and your muscles are relaxed, click your mouse on the button to start the dose and turn off the monitor. Don't keep turning it back on to check the percentage. As I said, keep your mind on the dose and it's sound. And don't go off on a kick of saying "Whoa, it's working!" the moment you start to feel something like dizziness or a bit of euphoria. Make sure to keep concentrating on the repeating sounds of the waves and you'll eventually feel it's full effect. It may also take a few times and practice on concentration in order for the doses to start working. It's highly unlikely that you are immune to the doses.

Dont waste your money on somthing fake. Trust me these are all lies.

I will admit it doesnt work for everyone, especially people that have been doing illegal drugs for awhile.

I got headphones like these. I don't know if it's the headphones but the doses are still not working!

Like when im just chilling and relaxing on my chair and open a chair. I close my eyes and listen to the dose. When I listen to the dose I can't think of not thinking. Evreytime stuff comes up in my mind when I listen to it.

So yea... You guys think it's the headphones?

Hmmm.. It does work.. trust me.. you need to everything to be right for it to work.. i doubted it too.. till it worked for me the first time ever last w/e.. i used the does HP5.

You might want to try a pair of better headphones. Those earbud style usually dont have the range needed for an I-Doser dose.
