Ok so I've been listening to the dose now for 1 time. Going to be my second soon. I get so close , like I feel my body getting number and the vibrations, but I don't know what to do next, I have no fears of passing and I say to myself before that I believe I can do astral project. I really would love to see the astral world and talk with other people there!

lol wtf can you meet other people in there ?! I mean not that your conscious create,but for example your mother is too in AP,and when you awake both to share experience about the talk/trip in AP ?

i have same problem. Here is what i read so far but i stopped getting vibrations :S i dont know why?

you need to find trigger to leave a body. Try one of those tehnics phantom viglig, OR imagine your selfe fly toward the roof. Something like that although it never worked for me dont know why

Yeah, but I did AP like 3 days ago, I just only got like 2 feet above my body then fell back in. The trick was to breath slowly but lightly to where you can barely hear it, put AP on 2 times in the que, lie down, once you get the vibrations just imagine yourself going up a rope or just don't think at all.

which dose are you using? Out of body or astral projection one?
