Two questions

1. How do I access the sample doses because I can't figure it out.

2. I have a rare condition where the voices in my head can actually move my body and when listening to a dose they'll sharply move my arms or legs and they will talk to me and try to make me mad or distract me from the dose and I think it's interfering. Is there anything you think I could possibly do to make the best of it and get the doses to work? And please don't tell me I shouldn't do this with mental illness because street meth has actually taken my voices away, not made them worse, so I don't think this will do harm.

If you have the program, only open this and chosse your election , but if you havenĀ“t got a official program , you cant get play doses.

for the second question, just say NO to mimpulsos your body, getting your body is still takes time, be patient with the practice get your body is subject to your will, tell yourself NO when you feel like moving something

Fuck I tried my hardest but I can't stop my body from moving. And just now they were putting a buzzing noise in my head like a saw that distracted me and I know it wasn't the dose cause I stopped it and played it again and it wasn't there. I really want this to work, I can't do normal drugs but I need help figuring out how to do it.

Well crossing my legs and putting my arms under my back didn't work lol. It seemed if I kept my body tense the arm and hand movements were much slower and less sharp. Then I thought about it and my legs suddenly jumped up lol. I don't know, my mind wanders and all this crap and maybe it would be better if they were just talking to me rather than that and moving but I don't know. Anyway I guess the first thing to do is try to keep from thinking and responding to my voices talking, them maybe adress the movement issue. It seems though the more I focus on stopping it the worse it gets. Damn, why can't it just be as simple as putting headphones on ? lol
