So, I downloaded the free player and everything like I was supposed to, then proceeded to buy 4 doses, but now when I go to open the I-Doser Free program it won't work! PLEASE HELP!!

Does it have a error? Does it just not open? Whats your operating system. Please provide more information so we can help

I'm using Windows XP and it just won't open. I can click on it a million times but it just won't open. I bought 4 doses but I can't listen to them:(

So the i-doser program won't open?

Try to re-download and reinstall it.

Is the program itself not loading? If so I don't know what to do about that.
If it's the doses, are you sure you've "unzipped" them? The dose is inside the file you download. You have to open that file and then move that dose into your "dose files" folder. If the program installed correctly, it should have created a folder called "dose files" for you under your "my documents".
Here's just a step by step thing:
You download the dose.
Go to your downloads (wherever they are, if you can't find them, do a search,) and move the dose you just downloaded into your "dose files" folder.
Then double click to open the file you just downloaded. Let's just say you downloaded Heroin. Open Heroin and there will be another thing that says Heroin inside.
Take that inside Heroin file and move it to your dose files folder- out of its original "Heroin" folder.
Then it should work. If it doesn't, I have no idea what's wrong.

1. UNINSTALL I-Doser AND any earlier versions of I-Doser.

4. Run installer and re-install I-Doser.

When you purchase an I-Doser .drg Dose File, it is licensed to just the computer you buy it on. If you attempt to copy this file to another computer, it will not run. Please purchase separate doses for separate computers.
