I have done, RPG game enhancer, 2/3 GoH, Trip, and HoG. I got good results from RPG and Trip. Any advice on how to dose and what doses?

Listen to your dose in a dark room, and close your eyes. Listen to the dose, and think of nothing else. Focus on the dose, but don't overfocus, that will ruin the effects.

I'd try Opium.

When I was learning how to dose I started with the doses with effects similar to the state of mind you need to be in for the doses to work. I was trying to create a positive feedback loop where the better I got, the easier it was. Some doses have effects that are themselves a distraction to staying in the zone and you really need to be experienced to get the most out of them.

Condition is of course the best for this. Before I got condition I used Opium, Nitrous, and Heroin to try to stay relaxed. For some reason Trip (iPod) helped me a lot. LSD is pretty good, but I didn't use it as a beginner. I think Rave would work pretty well too.

They work great for me now, but I had trouble with Marijuana and Hash doses for over 6 months. I wouldn't recommend those for beginners.

Make certain you have quality headphones. I use Shure 840s now and was using Bose (without noise cancellation). If you are listening from a PC make certain you have a quality sound card that does not introduce noise. If you have an MP3 player invest in the premium PC i-doser player and export everything to MP3. PC components can add noise to audio and a stand alone MP3 player will likely give cleaner audio. These doses are carefully engineered noise. You want to keep that as clean as possible.

A-Bomb

I have been unable to have MJ and HASH (both the long and QH's) work for me.. Whats the logic behind this sequence? To get you to your breakthrough point?!

MJ and hash took me months to get to work. I don't recommend them for beginners. I also never use reset unless I've had such a long session before sleep I think I might have wierd dreams from it.

A beginner session I recommend every night before sleep (no alcohol - use a little caffeine, do not stay up so late you can't stay awake for another hour):

Condition (start over once if you don't feel effects after around 5 minutes and you have in the past)
Opium
Nitrous
Trip twice if using the 15 min dose (recommended), once on the 30 minute dose

Realize that the opium and nitrous are inhaled drugs. Try to just follow your breathing (let breathing follow its urge, do not control it). These doses encode the breathing of the user. If you are in sync with the dose you will occassionally take a deeper breath on the opium dose. This is when the user takes a hit. Then just continue to follow your breath on the exhale and if it is working there will be a slight increase in the buzz as the hit takes effect.

The nitrous is just continuous slow deep breaths for the most part. If you are using the iPod version or the MP3 versions the ambient sounds give queues to the breathing. There is a change in the ambient sounds synchronized to the breathing.

I started to describe the queues in detail, but you really don't want to know them because then you will try to control your breathing at the right time. You do NOT want to do that. You do want to learn how the dose affects your urge to breath and let it have control without your resistance. Letting go is the key. If your brain starts to sync with that part of the dose the high should follow.

Now I just started using I doser. I have read a lot about if this works or not. now I was skeptical so i tried marijuana just now and at first I felt a tingling in my stomach then it hurt a little. Afterwards my hand started tingling then I had no feeling and still don't. it was interesting so I will be trying more and hopefully get something close to these results if not better not much but still cool.

As many have said, some doses work better after you've heard them once or twice. Also, some work better on different people.
Anyway, as a beginner I've tried to find my own starter doses, and here's what I'd recommend:
Content (perfect to start with, actually got a very mild but lucid high once but usually just relaxes)
Condition (no joke this actually makes me feel good in addition to helping other doses)
Taurine (very noticeable effects without even doing it correctly but not too much)
Codeine (basically just made me fall asleep after about 20 mins but I felt "fuzzy" before, I'd try this after doing Content)
