So I want to dose with my eyes open while looking at the visualizations in the I-Doser program. Is that possible? Or do I have to have my eyes closed? If yes then what are the visualizations for?

Good Question, I have the same question about backrounds, do they change at the effect or are they just nice?
Maybe the Visualisations work like the counting. when you look at the Visualisation ur brain isnt working so hard
But it would be great if someone with knowledge would answer the Questions :-D

Same doubt here, Visualizations and Backgrounds lessen the effects or are they something like variants? Will the experience vary?

Looking at visualizations while dosing may have it's benefits, depending on the type of visualization..

I took the AMT dose last night (really strong tripping feeling - kinda like mushrooms) while looking one of my really out-dated screensavers of flying through space/stars.

I think to a certain extent it helped my brain to become entrained to enjoy the dose :)

I've been dosing for 3+ years, so maybe I can enlighten you all.

Short answer: Yes.

Long answer: Some visualization animations have too much going on and will damage the effects. Simple animations (bloom effects, water, stars in space) will help keep you entertained. A problem that I always have is falling asleep in the dose. That's not fun. Simple animations and orchestral music have helped me through that issue. Just remember to relax and lose yourself in the animation and the sound. Just make sure you're not overstimulated and ruining the experience.
