Well having read what it does, and other peoples experiences I was a bit afraid, I really wanted to try to talk to my soul so I decided to give this a try. Now thru the first few mins nothing was really happening, and then out of nowhere there were violent flashes of blue light and this went on for awhile, I would start to see a bunch of faces and eyes going around in a circle watching me, and a very vague, simple, blob like shape that looked like a house showed up and it was trying to suck me in it. I felt very paranoid and at this point that I was considering stopping the dose, but I powered thru.

Then out of nowhere a big Mike Myers(Halloween) face formed and stared me down for the longest time. I wasn't thinking about him at all, but I used to be really afraid of him as a kid so maybe that's why. I kind of egged him on in my mind to come and get me if he could, and since I stood up to him he disappeared, it was a really good feeling for that to happen.

I never really heard any voices, but something that kept occurring was, these words, in a graffiti font kept showing up and I tried so hard to make out what they say, I would focus and focus and the words would get a little more clearer and as soon as I would be able to read the word in it's entirety it would disappear and after a while a new word in a new graffiti type font would show up. I have no clue what this means, maybe it's a metaphor for something like I want to know all of the answers but I just don't/can't know. My life is a bit stagnant at this point. Either way, very nerve wracking, very very interesting dose and I definitely recommend it!

Note: had my eyes closed the whole time.

How did you get this kind of experience? When I listen to doses with condition or without I experience no effects. I wish I could experience the same as you, I've tried meditation but no luck whatsoever.

Could you give me any advice? I do everything mentioned in the idoser guide, and I have the proper headphones.

Hm, I really don't do anything special. I just have regular ipod(in this case Zune earbuds) I make sure everything is turned off in my room, complete silence and darkness. I then cover my entire body with my blanket so even if my eyes were open all I'd see would be darkness, and then turn on the dose and focus on the sound and it usually happens.

I see, I'm going to train myself to condition and see what happens, thanks for the input!

Dang, I wish I could get one to have effects like that on me.
