I have the PC software as well as few MP3s. Now I would like to test the mobile app.

But I do not have the iPhone or the Android.

Is there any way to test the mobile iPhone or Android app on Windows PC? Excuse me for my ignorance, Is it possible to purchase from iTunes and any way to play it from windows PC?

Not possible.

You must have either Android or iPhone to use the mobile Apps. You can purchase the MP3 packs and put them on any mobile phone for on-the-go use.
