I think I found "that dose," but not sure.

And by that I mean the dose that works for you. I tried i-doser a year ago with the iphone app and really nothing worked. Now a year later I was browsing the iTunes store and saw acidqh for just one dollar and thought, "Okay, well i-doser may be a scam or not, but it's JUST a dollar." So I bought it and tried it. I need help determining if this was placebo or not:
Halfway into the track I felt like legs were being pulled down into my couch (I was sitting w/closed eyes). This usually happens when I relax on the couch to a small extent, but this was pretty intense. THEN I sort of felt something like an urge to... cry... from the source of probably fear.
Can anyone tell me if this is what happened to them on acidqh for the iPod or if this seems like the real thing? I'm MUCH more convinced by this dose than any of the app ones I've used in the past, but I'm still just not sure if it's placebo.
Also, what can I do to make this better? I bought the track with the intent of having some hallucinations, but that didn't happen during or after the dose. Will repetition help, or something else?
Edit: was using 20hz-20kHz headphones also, I assume this range is fine?
