Hello, before I used i-dose, i had read all the information about it. I have done all the instructions. With my header phone, some of my friends used "genesis" and "energizer" doses and those were useful. However, when I used, that have not worked. I don't know the reason. I lack the concentration so how I get the effective solution from the doses? I have two thesis for this situation:
Thesis 1: I lack the concentration so my brain has more alpha level. Even if I use the beta level, I dream away and this is the reason that I cannot entirely leave the alpha level. Is the dose not effective when I cannot go into beta level? If so, what should I do?

Thesis 2 :I am using concerta because I lack the concentration. May it be the result of the efectiveness?

I'd say your trouble concentrating could be an issue. Most people who don't have some sort of meditation experience won't feel the effects very well, if at all. Look up some meditation methods and give them a shot, particularly any that help you quiet down your mind and thoughts. If you lie there dosing, but are constantly thinking about what you're going to do tomorrow, you won't get full effects. You have to focus on not focusing. Odd, I know, but it's the truth of it.
