What is the proper way to listen to these doses, I don't get very good experiences when doing them. Here's what I do: 1. Put my head phones on. 2. Load the dose, click play dose. 3. Turn off my monitor, lay back (in my chair) 4. Close my eyes and listen. There is no other noises, and lights are all ...

Of the already existing calming/stress reliever doses, what do you guys think is the best/most effective?
