Are you totally relaxed and concentrating on the doses?

Look in the store categories for Reset/Condition. Condition does what you said and reset will reset your brain to normal.

I piggyback doses all the time.

all doses seem to put me in a relaxed state like that.

same thing happens on my laptop. they are plugged in the right spot, and everything is fine, but they only play out of the speakers. headphone port problem.

It is a good idea to get headphones that are comfortable especially for long periods of time. while ear buds will work just fine, they can be uncomfortable and make it hard to concentrate.
