Well to all of the experienced dosers i think that we should compile a list of good breakthrough doses for the newbies. i had trouble finding a good breakthrough dose when i started. so you can say the dose that you broke through on and other good ones.

well people can get addicted to anything but this isnt as addicting as brushing your teeth or tieing your shoe. And it is possible to have bad trips i mean just look at some of the gates of haddies (but that ones supposed to be scary :? ) but it just depends i have personally never had any bad trips...

If you are dosing closely after - and "closely" will depend on the user and the duration of effects - then use reset. If you are unsure, use reset. For the few bucks it costs, I strongly believe every user should have condition and reset in their library. I had both but I don't understand...
