Marijuana, MarijuanaQH and Inspire are good doses that will help you with creative things.. I guess Brain+ is good too. You need more practice for it to work.

I realized that most doses didn't work for me because of my headphones! The left side of my headphones didn't work properly and my computer's volume balance was set to the right side, so the doses couldn't be heard like they were supposed to be heard.. i have new headphones and they're better now! D...

Depends on how much time you have and how good your concentration skills are. Quickhits are good if you don't have alot of time on your hands or want quick effects, i personally like them more than the others (cause they're easy to concentrate on!) Full doses are stronger than the quickhit versions ...

It normally starts with little effects, the effect of each dose gets stronger as you listen to them more, so yes you're doing good. Your method is right, you're counting your breath to concentrate and all, that's good. I think the reset dose should be listened to like all the other doses laying down...

If you're a beginner like me, try the smaller doses like QuickHappy, French Roast and the Quickhits, there are more small doses but i don't know them all.
