My only question is how do you get a dose to work so well for you? I usually end up falling asleep or drifting through several random thoughts .

Just got them and the sound quality is surprisingly good. That part about being able to hear surrounding noises is probably talking about if you're outside or in a very noisy area, because I don't hear anything but the tones of the dose when I take it. Tried vico with them yesterday, but dozed off, ...
