Headphones are the ones that the i-doser company use when doing their betas and testing . So that is probably what an admin would recommend. I know that I have friends who have used earbuds, and even to go as far as ipod earbuds. If you are going to try earbuds i suggest a silent atmosphere.

Pretty much any of the Quick Hits. As for the normal ones, a good number of them are 30 mins+. The shortest doses that are not QH's would be alot of the more mellow doses, such as content.
I personally enjoy the heroin QH. It gives me nice effects for the time it takes to play through.

Quick hits are designed to give the listener the strongest effects within the shortest amount of time. Keeping this in mind, don't expect super strong results next time you try it. It makes sense that the longer normal doses will give you the stronger desired effect.
