recently i tried turning on my stobe light when i was listening to an idose i forgot which one , but i though that it made the experience better, i did it again today with the MarijuanaQH and it significantly increased the effects (i wonder if the speed of the light makes it any different)

a good one to try is the marijuanaQH it works pretty well for me the effects lasted like 20 min it elps you kinda gauge how the doses will affect you but thn after that i would go with peyote ... and dont forget using condition before a dos WILL make a world of difference

I know what you mean, there are time when i have the same problem, it will still work mostly if you just kind of lay back in your chair and get comfortable, don"t sit straight up though because that is too distracting, just lean back in your chair so it takes the minimum effort to support yours...
