A big flaw with all of these fictional doses is they aren't real so it's kind of hard to replicate them. With such a vague description, it'd be pointless to make.

You should generally stay away from background music with lyrics. The lyrics will sidetrack you and make you think about them. Techno should be fine.

Bass isn't really a factor I don't think. If it's a relatively good pair of headphones and not just the headphones that come with the iPhone, your all good.

As far I know people with ADD get Ritalin. I kid I knew got these pills when he ate them he became very relaxed and slow. Like a zombie, if you want to get Ritalin just act like you have ADD.
