Maybe try a Sense Simulation dose? Like Hear, See or smell.

Try a dose marked as "Moderate". Maybe Opium? Good luck

Even though I am a i-doser novice myself, I think the Reset dose works well for me even while doing other things.
There isn't anything bad with experimenting a bit on your own
