You mean the full dose or the 15 min ones?

I just did this, but it was the one on the iPhone app that was 15 mins long. During the dose I felt very calm and not as worried during the other doses I guess... My left foot fell asleep for about 15-20 seconds randomly and I think it was from the dose, but can never be too sure. I'm still not sure...
