Well, I haven't had a dose in weeks, but I remember counting 1000 to 0, and while those, sometimes thoughts appear, but then I continue to count, I don't know if that affects the dose, but that's the way I did it (and maybe if I try again, it'll happen again)

I'm not an expert at i-doser, but I heard you should use Condition before your dose, it increases the effects by 40%.

A nice method to auto-hypnotize yourself is to count 1000 to 0 (1000,999,998...), and in that way you'll auto-hypnotize yourself and try to stay concentrated on the dose.

1.On the premium I-Doser program, there are visualizations, do they help on anything during the dose?
2.There are the MP3 background, I just wondered and I thought: Could I actually put any songs in the MP3 Background? I think I can, but will the dose still have effect?

Don't buy the QH ones, begginers should avoid the QH doses, because you need to train your brain with binaural beats first with the real dose (30-45 minute ones)
