1.On the premium I-Doser program, there are visualizations, do they help on anything during the dose?
2.There are the MP3 background, I just wondered and I thought: Could I actually put any songs in the MP3 Background? I think I can, but will the dose still have effect?

We designed the visualizations to aid in dosing, so for some they can assist in the process and help to achieve effects. They are not required to have a successful dosing session, but some finds it helps.
Yes, you can add your own mp3 files and have them played as background audio while your dose is playing. There is also a collection of good background ambient mp3 sounds included in the premium version that you can also use. Some music works better than other depending on the person and preference, and the binaurals and white noise carrier are added in so you will still achieve effects from the binaurals. Note that if you choose to convert the .drg to an mp3 the background music will NOT be mixed in to your conversion - program only converts the binaurals.
