Sorry this is such a late reply! But in all honesty, I'd really love to, as my arms aren't exactly very built, but my core muscles are rather enjoyable. However there's only one thing that repels me to do something from this, and that is the fact of me not being a very physically avid kind of person...

That's awesome dude! Sounds like it had some great effects for you! I think it's pretty legit, I think you just gotta have a blank mind, the counting from 1000 to 0 REEEEALLY helps with that it seems ^_^
