I tend to use the sexual oriented files. But I love pairing up Gates of Hades and spectrophilia. they make for a twisted buzz. I also use the ones for anxiety......I haven't actually tried Hand of God might have to try that one out.

The biggest thing is you need to relax. The more anxiety you have, the harder time you will have using the files. This also goes for excitement. I've run Spectrophilia and Gate of Hades at the same time and had some fun but VERY scary experiences. I don't suggest pairing up Hades with anything if you have a weak heart.
