I have a set of "ATH-M20 Closed-back Dynamic Stereo Monitor Headphones" by Audio Technica. They were $60 I think. And I still havent been able to get any effects out of the doses. I also tried a pair of Philips noise canceling earbuds, and a cheap pair of Skullcandy earbuds (both of those sets are the in ear kind, pretty much like earplugs.
So I dont think the headphones matter, I think its how hard you concentrate that does.
