the notorious 481 error

I have the 481 error, is there a solution for it?
I tried downloading the .ocx, reinstall the microsoft VB and changing the language to hebrew. nothing worked.
any new suggestions?

why did you change the language to hebrew? change it to english.

AND your country.

i meant to say the opposite :)
i changed it to English, and the country to US

when you open the language and country settings,
there should be 2 drop down menus.
change them to anything that has to do with english (US)

and then there's another tab with language settings.
change that to english (us,) too

I hope this problem will be fixed without needing to change the language settings, because I always need to use chinese language in some non-unicode programs.
Or is there other way to fix it?

I-Doser currently only supports US English Language.

I have done all the things sayd above. (the i-doser patch also) BUT still doesn't work. It gives me that error 481... I hope you can fix it in near future, because ALOT of people are getting that error...

and yea, i did whatever it was said in the FAQ too. And i have free space for the image to be written on the hdd...

edit: installed the VB patch also...same error
