When are you supposed to listen to Lucid Dream?

Yeah, this is a dumb question but I have yet to get an answer.

Do you listen to it, and then go to sleep straight after it's done or do you fall asleep WHILE listening to it. <_<;

Ive done a few different things

1. I listened to it then couldnt get to sleep for 2 hours.

2. I listened to it and fell asleep partway through then woke up and had about 5 mins left on it.

3. I listened to it then fell asleep completely.

4. I listened to it and wen straight to sleep.

Uhm in total i think ive listened to this dose... 6 times or so...

I havent had a full lucid dream yet, but im hoping to soon.

Actually i have had part of one, just today i think i did have a type of lucid dream... uh what ya call it... Wake Induced Lucid Dream , or something like that , i woke up at 5:00 am and thought of something quick and fell asleep again and i could almost control it, and i realised i was dreaming.

Whenever you are ready to sleep take your headphones off and that is enough. I had an actual lucid dream last night because of it. It was fucking cool as shit. But I can't remember much of it.
