You will NOT come into harm while listening to I-Doser! Your brain will NOT be messed up, and the worst thing that can happen is that the dose will not work! Stop getting scared over nothing, and just try it!
Er...strictly speaking, the worst that could happen is a psychotic break. The odds of that happening are astronomical, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. Just trying to point out the facts. Driving a car is exponentially more dangerous than using I-Doser.
