I tried counting backwards from 100 over and over last night and I think it finally worked. Although its not like real H, it makes you relaxed and your eyes close ... but no nodding off or anything.
Hand Of God, I've read how intense this is... it wasnt ultra intense besides the point where I became a butterfly, then a boot marching in the army then a wheel on a car.
