what do u guys do everytime u start a dose?

im just wondering what every1 does before and durring the dose.

like some people turn out the lights and lay back and relax, close their eyes and listen.

what do you do?

I do exactly as you wrote.

I put on my head-set.
Turn off all lights
Making sure there's _NO_ sound around me, exept the I-Doser.
I relax in my couch, and finding a comfortable way.
Pressing "Play Dose" and close my eyes...
... 'n let the fun begin
