I haven't gotten a true full effect from these doses (I've been trying these for months), but I could've sworn I felt A-Bomb once. But anyway, I wanted to ask if consistency plays a big part in this. In the beginning I listen intently w/ full confidence, but then for a minute or so, I begin to think about random things, 'n that's when I think it starts going downhill. Whenever I feel distracted, I restart the dose again.
