I tried the doses and it's doesn't work for me (I got a headache lol)
I thinks it's because I think to much...
I have tried all the tips I could find on the forum but still no sucess..

LOL! the first day i got a headache too! i just thought and laughed a lot from my friends that i didn't focus to the sound by any bit, and after a few attempts my head started hurting

Try counting to 100 and back down
