I just bought a Pedicularis Blend 20x Resin and damiana online and I was wondering about the best way to ingest...smoking them?

yes, is it damiana extract or leaf? Try mixing the 2 together (maybe sprinkling the damiana on top of the pedicularis and smoking if the damiana is a powder). Most herbal highs have harsh smoke so use a bong.
