tried the quick happy. just finished
i dont feel happy per se
i feel okay i think im more freaked out though
cause i thought it was gonna be scary
like i didnt know what was going to happen
and that's always scary
my heart was racing and i couldnt concentrate because of it
i just kept thinking when it's gonna be over
and i tried to think happy thoughts so it would help
maybe i'm immune to it
maybe my whole paranoia doesn't let me enjoy it
hmm well, i'll try with a different one tomorrow
im currently trying reset but im also surfing and writing this. is that bad?
