Is there anyway to tranfer it to my ipod? I got the Magic Key Utility that cost 50 dollars.

yea there is no way around it. you could try some fancy mp3 encoding techniques but that takes away from the effectiveness. So either dose by your computer or get the CD. Sorry :(
