How do you guys sit there for half an hour?

I can't make myself lie still for that long.
I always get impatient and end up stopping around 10 minutes due to restlessness.
Ideas?

We will be releasing a new line of doses called QuickHits that are designed to be about 10 minutes, but still have most of the effects of the full length dose.

Wow, that would be AMAZING!
I love nitrous as it is, because its fast and easy to feel the effects.
If you guys could come up with ~10 minute ones that are stronger, I will be SO thankful.

well if you have a lot of energy, or adrenaline, it would be very hard to stay still for that long, which is convenient becuase when you do it at night, after a day of...activity, it's also dark which canincrease the effectiveness of the dose.

Well I suppose having 2 sodas during the day won't help keep me still.
I always do it at night, in the dark, so that can't be it.

this is gonna be great as i find it nearly impossible to lie still as im adhd so i have alot of energy and im add it makes it harder to focus on the dose

Try to find a dose that starts working within the first 10 minuates (for you) and you should'nt be so bored that you can't listen to the rest.

With some doses i feel the effects within the first minute, I do them in the dark in bed and just focus on the sound.
I'd recommend Vico, Opium & Ecstacy - most effective doses for me so far. The doses seem to go quickly if they work, but if they don't (too impatient/distracted) they can feel like an eternity. So it's just practice, stick with it guys!
I've done 45min doses that have seemed like 15min so don't let it put you off. Although I do like the sound of those 10min doses
