ADD?

Post by Trombean »

Hi, I've been trying I-doser lately but I've been having a little problem getting it to work. I think one reason being is that I have attention deficit disorder so I have a hard time focusing on things.

Whenever I use i-doser, my mind wanders a lot and I can't focus on the sound. At some point or another, I'll feel the effects of the dose but once I realize that it's working, I stop feeling the effects.

Does having ADD mean that i-doser won't work for me?

I'm not quite sure but it probably is a problem if you can't focus, so yeah i'd say thats probably tru

I have ADHD so its really hard for me, but read for thirty minutes or so, then you will be able to concentrate better and then do the dose, or you could use Brain+
