Clearing your mind?

Im a beginner with i-doser and ive been trying out a few different doses. So far ive tried ecstasy, a-bomb and genesis. So far the only one to have had an effect was ecstasy although not much.
The problem im having is when i listen to a dose i cant stop my mind from wandering and think about something else. Ive tried counting backwards from 100 but then i find that this only distracts me.

Anyone have any ideas or has anyone encountered this problem too?

well I have the same problem .. There's another thing you could do : it's to everytime multiply a number by 4 so : 0, 4, 16, 66, ... and so you keep concentrated on the numbers i.s.o. something else ..
